Description Managing Third-Party SpendExert a sense of ownership over the company’s $300M+ third-party spend cubeDeploy best-practice strategic sourcing principles to address that spend including building and executing a three-year sourcing plan, running highly-inclusive RFPs, negotiating world’s best pricing, and contracting/purchasing in compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditionsDrive increasing annualized savings, both in $ and as a % of addressed spendOptimizing the Source-to-Pay Process and ToolsetMap, measure, and improve the cycle time of all primary steps in the company’s S2P processBring best-practice knowledge to the process, policies, and toolsets selected and used by the company for S2P effortsEnsure S2P processes are fully compliant and support other goals, most notably achieving maximum savings while protecting the companyLeading the Procurement TeamBuild and train a motivated, inspired, and increasingly-capable team of Strategic Sourcing Category Managers and BuyersProvide guidance, mentorship, and support to build a strong Procurement team cultureManage Supplier and Customer RelationshipsEnsure that both incumbent and potential suppliers are engaged properly across the companyBuild ladder relationships with supplier executive leadership and company leadershipHost regular reviews of supplier performance with the most strategic suppliersCollaborate across the enterprise with cross-functional teamsIncrease the satisfaction of internal customers, largely the spending departments, with the Procurement services they are receivingQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent; business, supply chain, or finance concentration preferred10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with a focus on strategic sourcingExperience in developing and implementing improvement initiatives for procurement or supply chainStrong understanding of best-practice strategic sourcing principlesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven negotiation and contracting skillsWell-developed written and verbal communications skillsStrong project management, time management, and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to address stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Salary: $160,147 - $210,000Benefits:Competitive wagesComprehensive benefit package Medical, Dental, Vision401KLife InsurancePaid Vacation and Sick TimeCareer planRecognition programsProfessional development learningAn exceptional work environment
