Learn more about NC3 and SAOC .If you are a seasoned subcontracts management professional looking to make an impact in a rewarding industry, join our team As a Subcontracts Management Specialist III, you'll develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for our subcontract systems to guide the development, production, and global sustainment for multiple contract types. You'll be responsible for preparing our bid packages, developing evaluation criteria, analyzing and evaluating our proposals, negotiating subcontract provisions, selecting or recommending new subcontractors, and administering our subcontracts. Additionally, you'll administer standard subcontracts agreements, such as Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Material (T&M), and Cost Reimbursable (CR) Fixed-Fee, through the entire contract lifecycle, and will participate and lead moderate negotiations of terms, price, and schedule, and will monitor subcontractor performance.Qualifications You Must Have:Bachelor's Degree in a related field and typically 14 or more years of relevant experienceHigher education may substitute for relevant experienceRelevant experience may be considered in lieu of required educationThe ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is requiredAt Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) we deliver customer-focused technology and best-of-breed integrations in the aerospace and defense sectors.
