Responsive recruiter Benefits: Bonus based on performance Flexible schedule Training & development Free food & snacks Free uniforms Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement We are looking for a My Gym teacher who: brings a lot of energy, drive, and hustle to our team can work a fast-paced shift; when you work with kids, you always have to be on our toes when off the gym floor, can apply their quick-thinking minds to the business end available to work some evenings and weekends are a must By the time you finish training, youll know how to teach, administrate, and even sell a great class. The strongest candidates will have a background in physical activity (gymnastics, sports, dance, martial arts, general fitness, etc.), and special consideration will be given to those who also have work experience in an office setting or in sales. Compensation$15 per hour after training, plus regular raises, promotions and bonuses. Additionally, we offer: Upward mobility - we promote from within, looking for management candidates Flexible work schedules Paid training and certifications Position Requirements: Highly energetic Exceptional interpersonal communication skills Experience working with children Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field) Effective leadership and motivational skills Effective time management Adept sales skills Clean background check Has the ability to work some evenings and weekends are a must.
