VP Kotlin Full Stack Developer

Piper Companies is seeking a VP Kotlin Full Stack Developer to join a leading global financial institution. The VP Kotlin Full Stack Developer will work on the Good to Sign (GTS) team within Client 360 technology, building services that streamline KYC compliance and integrate into the sales process. This position is hybrid in New York, NY. Must be eligible to work in the United States.Responsibilities of the VP Kotlin Full Stack Developer include:Design, build, and maintain robust, well-tested software with a focus on scalability and simplicityPartner with business stakeholders to define, design, and deliver key product featuresWork across the full stack with emphasis on server-side development using KotlinEnhance and oversee CI/CD pipelines and support production environments (DevOps)Apply Test Driven Development, Pair Programming, and other XP practicesCollaborate with platform and engineering leads to align with strategic technology initiativesEnsure solutions meet regulatory and operational standardsQualifications for the VP Kotlin Full Stack Developer include:Strong experience in Kotlin development or Java/Scala with willingness to cross-trainProficiency in TypeScript and modern front-end frameworksHands-on experience with Agile development practices, including TDD and Pair ProgrammingSolid understanding of Object-Oriented or Functional Programming principlesExperience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practicesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work hybrid in New York, NYCompensation for the VP Kotlin Full Stack Developer includes:Salary range: $145,000–$190,000 annuallyComprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, retirement savings plans, parental leave, and moreHybrid work environment with in-office flexibilityThis job opens for applications on 12/2/2025.
