Broward Health Corporate ISC Shift: Shift 1 FTE: 1.000000 Summary: Develops and supports assigned clinical areas as a design, workflow, testing, and training resource. Leads, mentors, supports, investigates, and tests new functionality. Collaborates with clinical end-users, Information Technology analysts, and vendors to determine the best innovative solutions. Manages the day-to-day support activities and all aspects of assigned projects. Conducts or participates in projects and tactical meetings and is responsible for issue tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews deliverables with customers. The Senior Clinical Systems analyst role is supporting the Epic ASAP team during day-to-day operations, upgrades, optimizations, and new implementations. The senior analyst also acts as a leader and mentor to other analysts. Education:* Bachelor in Computer Science (or equivalent) required. Experience:* Six Years (Clinical experience in a hospital is highly preferred) Credentials: Epic ASAP certification highly preferred or at least one Epic certification. *Bonus Exclusions may apply in accordance with policy HR-004-026 Broward Health is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
