Technical Project Manager

Role Description: As TPRM you will play a key role in leading and managing the technical development lifecycle of our SAP projects. This role requires relevant technical knowledge, project leadership skills, presentation and communication competencies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global delivery teams. Roles & Responsibilities: Plan, execute, monitor, and lead the development lifecycle/workstream of SAP projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standardsProvide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on SAP system implementations, enhancements, conversions, and upgradesOversee quality of deliverables (including design, code, and development reviews)Manage resource allocation, capacity utilization and delivery of development teamsManage work efforts of team members (onsite, remote, and offshore) and provide mentorship and guidance to encourage success and growth.
