Candidates must have at least 2-4 years of previous experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, Microsoft Excel, and SAGE or a similar ERP software to be considered. Title: Accounting Operations SpecialistLocation: Moorestown, NJ 08057Industry: PharmaceuticalSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMDuration: 4 month contract-to-hireSalary: $22-24/hrResponsibilities:Accounts Receivable:Generate, proof, and distribute project specific invoicesAccurately applies and records payments accordinglyRespond to invoice inquiries in a timely mannerAccounts Payable:Receive, match, and enter vendor invoicesTrack vendor payment terms and payables agingRespond to vendor inquiriesCoordinate weekly payments to vendorsGeneral:Interact with clients, colleagues, and managers in a professional mannerIdentify and reconcile errors and discrepancies in your own work and in the work of othersMaintain and update client and vendor filesAssists with incoming mail and proper disseminationFollow all applicable Standard Operating ProceduresRequirements:2-4 years of previous accounting experience preferred (i.e., billing, collections, bookkeeping)Degree in Accounting or Business or equivalent work experienceMicrosoft Excel skills requiredExperience with SAGE or other similar ERP softwareOverall computer literacyExcellent communication skillsExcellent mathematical skillsOutstanding organizational skills
