Full-Time Member Service Representative

Job DescriptionThis position is projected to start on 01/05/2026 and requires 2 weeks of mandatory paid training at our Ent headquarters in Colorado Springs, CO. Service Center assignment will be determined upon hire and location will vary within El Paso County.Required availability for this position is Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (shift will vary within these hours) and Saturdays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.Please Note: Upon hire, you may be placed in a temporary assignment until a permanent opening becomes available. This assignment may be at a different location based on operational needs.The primary purpose of this position is to provide superior member service; driving member satisfaction and retention by helping members take full advantage of Ent's full range of products and services. This is accomplished through accurate and professional member transactions, enhanced member awareness of existing products and services, and regularly meeting monthly sales standard goals. Additionally responsible for understanding and complying with credit union policies and procedures, as well as financial regulations including BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) and CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau). The Member Service Representative must excel in service, quality communication, product knowledge, sales, and accuracy while meeting all service, performance, and safety standards. Essential FunctionsProviding quality member service through accurate and professional face-to-face member interactions including basic monetary transactions, new member account creation, and account maintenance, with a focus on member retention and acquisition.Accountable for discovering and meeting member needs by regularly achieving monthly sales standards through product offering in all areas including, but not limited to deposit and lending products, credit and debit cards, investments, and business banking.Responsible for meeting job training requirements and complying with safety and service standards defined in the Credit Union's Policies and Procedures documents, as well as financial regulations to include, but not limited to, BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) and CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau).Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.QualificationsThis position is projected to start on 01/05/2026 and requires 2 weeks of mandatory paid training at our Ent headquarters in Colorado Springs, CO. This assignment may be at a different location based on operational needs.Minimum Formal Qualifications for this PositionHigh School Diploma/G.E.D. or Equivalent.6+ months Customer Service experience in Financial Services or Retail Delivery. This position is eligible for a monthly incentive plan.
