Mandarin Architectural Drafter/Designer

Job descriptionALIGCUS Construction is hiring a Mandarin-speaking Architectural drafter/designer.This position needs to work for both our US company at office and China design team remotely. Our company primarily works on AutoCAD to complete construction schematics to prepare for city or county approval. Knowledge of municipal building codes is necessary as well.Job Description:1. responsible for coordinating with architects and municipal government departments related to personal communication, building program drawing, construction drawing, construction, and communication work;2. responsible for communicating and cooperating with China design team and US design team, translating for both teams to make work done more efficiently;3. Work time from Mon-Thurs 10AM-7PM, Fri 9AM-6PM, 1 hour meal timeQualifications:1. fluent both in English and Mandarin;2. proficiency in various types of design software, AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, 3D Max, sketch-up, PS, etc. (the company can provide relevant training and supplies);3. 2-3 year architectural design experienceJob Type: Full-timeStarting pay: $18.00 per hourCan sponsor H1B if neededCOVID-19 considerations:All desks have been moved to comply with state social distancing guidelines.
