Golden Years In Home Senior Care - Golden Years Home Care is seeking a career minded self-motivated, energetic sales manager, who is driven, acts independently of others, and excels at creating new referral contacts, engages the community, connects with online leads, and is an excellent closer for our position in Home Care. The ideal candidate will be required to submit weekly reports, track referral source development, obtain and close leads, run events, and manage his/her own schedule. A background in sales and marketing is necessary. (Industry experience is a plus but not required)Skills:- Familiar with or have a tolerance for Cold Calling- Developing relationships- Qualifying Referral Sources- Time Management- Networking and Network Marketing- Event Coordination- Public Speaking- Handles Rejection Well- Results Oriented- Aggressive and Competitive Requirements:- Transportation- Full Time/Part Time- Submitting Reports- Sales and Marketing experience or Marketing Degree/Business Development- Medical Benefits AvailableParticipate in brainstorm sessions and provide recommendations for communications strategies. - Preparing internal and external documents- Managing office supplies and marketing materials- Schedule , manage employee schedules.
