A reputable law firm is seeking a skilled Insurance Defense Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with experience in insurance defense who is looking to advance their career in a collaborative, client-focused environment.Position: Insurance Defense Attorney Location: Charleston, SCEmployment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities:- Handle a caseload of insurance defense matters, including general liability, premises liability, auto, and other related claims.- Conduct all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation.- Collaborate with clients and partners to develop defense strategies, ensure compliance with client guidelines, and provide high-quality legal representation.- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding case developments and strategy.
