Support and encourage early potty training as children show signs of readiness. Build strong relationships with families and team members to create a warm, welcoming classroom community. Foster learning through play and hands-on activities that support each child’s growth and development. Communicate regularly with parents to share updates, milestones, and classroom experiences through mobile apps and face-to-face conversations. Do You: Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children? Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)? Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)? Have a complete and current TB test and Medical Report (within the past year)?
