Machine Operator

Kelly Services is hiring experienced Machine Operator on behalf of a growing metal parts manufacturer.  Hours: Monday-Thursday Overtime on Friday (If needed) Pay: $17.00 hr. 1st Shit 6:00 am-4:30 Pay: $19.00 hr. 2nd Shift Monday - Thursday, 4:30pm -3:00 am Key Responsibilities: Operate machinery and tools according to safety guidelines and production standards Complete equipment set-ups per customer specs and internal quality procedures Inspect parts for quality and document findings as required Inspect equipment before use to ensure proper working condition Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations Return all tools to their designated places daily Qualifications & Skills: Basic machine operation and maintenance knowledge Ability to read blueprints and production instructions Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Basic math skills Good communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to identify and troubleshoot machine issues Familiarity with hand and power tools Benefits (Upon Hire): Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) available depending on plan 401(k) with 3% company contribution Monthly perfect attendance bonus ($100) Quarterly perfect attendance PTO bonus For IMMEDIATE consideration, simply apply or send your resume to Danielle McCoy danm292@kellyservices.com.  As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
