The individual has responsibility to ensure the smooth operation of outsourced IT services like network management, security, and cloud, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth through service expansion and new client acquisition. The role requires strong technical knowledge, business acumen, and leadership skills to manage service delivery teams and build strong client partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive managed services strategy aligned with company goals, identifying market opportunities and potential new service offerings. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client decision-makers, proactively addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of service satisfaction. Service Delivery Oversight: Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of managed services, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and service delivery quality is maintained. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of technical experts, including network engineers, security analysts, and service desk personnel. Financial Management: Manage the P&L for the managed services business, including pricing strategies, cost optimization, and revenue forecasting. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and actively pursue new client acquisition through sales and marketing efforts. Service Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve service offerings, incorporating new technologies and industry best practices to enhance client value. Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, network technologies, security protocols, and cloud computing solutions.  Required Skills and Experience: Proven track record in managing large-scale managed services operations, ideally larger than $M in annual revenue Minimum of years of leadership of service delivery organizations Experience leading all aspect of service delivery including but not limited to architecture, design, strategy, and implementation Strong technical knowledge across various IT disciplines History of leading established project management and resource allocation functions to ensure successful customer engagements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders Proven ability to lead and motivate teams Proven track record of running a services P&L with strategic planning, budgeting, and service execution in line with financial targets Experience in contract negotiation and service level agreement management Understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies  Your future at PresidioJoining Presidio means stepping into a culture of trailblazers—thinkers, builders, and collaborators—who push the boundaries of what’s possible.
