Determine the best strategy for testing the features that fall into the responsibilities and won’t just be executing tests that someone else creates. Write reliable automated tests that can be incorporated into CI/CD. Train software quality assurance engineers in the use of the framework. Advocate for testability during the technical design process, enabling to develop stable and reliable automation. Recommend test tools, techniques and methodologies needed to enhance productivity and quality. 100% Telecommuting.REQUIREMENTS:This position requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field. Plus 6 years of experience as Software Development Engineer in Test, Senior Software Development Engineer in Test, Programmer or occupation involving the writing of automated tests against software APIs or software UI. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Architecting scalable, maintainable Selenium or Playwright automation frameworks that integrate seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines; (2) Developing robust automation scripts and test utilities in JavaScript or Python to enhance test coverage and efficiency; (3) Designing and executing data validation strategies, ensuring seamless integration of automated tests with SQL relational databases; (4) Providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices to elevate team expertise and improve automation quality; (5) Leveraging cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) for scalable test execution, test data storage, and test environment management; (6) Developing automated tests for native mobile applications and parallelizing the test execution on real, virtual, or containerized devices; and (7) Architecting and implementing performance tests and solving complex coding tasks with efficient algorithms.RATE OF PAY: $148,990.00 - $235,000.00 per yearApplicants who are interested in this position should apply by emailing resume to Reference Job Code: 9330481 _2025 or via and search for Senior Software Development Engineer in Test.Teladoc Health will not sponsor or transfer employment work visas for this position.
