Marketing Operations Manager

Job DescriptionAs the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be a critical part of the Channel Marketing team, ensuring seamless execution of retail marketing initiatives by managing creative workflows, optimizing budget oversight, and driving efficiency in content syndication. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at cross-functional collaboration.What You'll Do1. Creative Project ManagementLead and manage the end-to-end creative process for channel marketing assets. Develop project timelines, align stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery of marketing materials.Work closely with internal creative teams and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives.Optimize workflows to improve efficiency, ensuring clear communication between creative and channel marketing teams.2. Budget Ownership & ManagementOwn and manage the channel marketing budget, tracking spend and ensuring alignment with business objectives.Partner with finance to approve budgets, process, manage vendor payments, and forecast expenses.Analyze budget utilization and recommend cost-saving opportunities without compromising marketing impact.Provide regular budget reporting and insights to key stakeholders.3.
