Note: Must have prior paralegal experience in securities and/or general corporate law and a completed BA/BS degree. About Our Client Our client is a nationally recognized law firm focused on the innovation economy, advising startups, founders, and venture capital firms on high-impact corporate transactions across the lifecycle of a company. Job Description Assist with company formations, entity management, and ongoing corporate complianceSupport venture capital financings for private companies, including deal coordination and closingsProvide transactional support for mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and related corporate mattersAssist with IPO and other securities offering support as neededHelp administer stock incentive and equity programs, including securities compliance componentsDraft and manage transaction documents, checklists, signatures, and closing materialsMaintain organized records and manage multiple matters in a deadline-driven environment Qualifications Experience as a paralegal in securities and/or general corporate lawBA/BS degree requiredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detailHighly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing shifting prioritiesTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to work across all levels of an organization Why Youll Love Working Here Collaborative, intellectually curious team focused on quality workExposure to market-leading clients and cutting-edge transactionsProfessional environment with strong training, mentorship, and standardsBenefits designed to support your health, family, and long-term success JPC-548 Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance
