Learn more at: www.eastedgemi.com Key Responsibilities Manage the scope, schedule, and cost of multiple concurrent civil construction projects.Coordinate day-to-day operations, including site logistics, subcontractors, and material deliveries.Oversee and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.Conduct on-site inspections and collaborate with field teams to ensure quality and safety compliance.Communicate effectively with general contractors, engineers, architects, and city officials.Monitor project budgets and cost control measures.Ensure timely completion of all project milestones and deliverables.Report project status and performance metrics to leadership. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of project management experience in civil construction, utilities, or sitework preferred.High school diploma or GED required; additional construction management education is a plus.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Proficient in construction scheduling, budgeting, and project management software.Valid drivers license required.
