JOB TITLE:  Baker / Prep Cook

REPORTS TO:  Executive Chef

JOB PURPOSE:  Prepare quality baked products and prep for a prestigious private School.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Read a recipe. Find and measure ingredients. Mix ingredients by hand, in the order listed on recipe. Mix ingredients in mixer, in the order listed on recipe. Deposit the dough on the sheet pans. Turn on ovens to proper temperature. Set baking timers to the correct time and turn them on/off as needed. Put sheet pans in ovens and remove them into rolling racks. Remove baked goods from pan. Package baked goods as appropriate. Wash, dry and store dishes. Maintain clean and orderly environment. All other jobs responsibilities as specified by supervisor. Familiarize self with and follow facility and department policies and procedures. Follow all personnel policies.
