Assistant Controller

Hood Container is seeking an Assistant Controller to support its centralized general accounting in Winston-Salem, NC. We are looking for an experienced accounting professional, who can quickly grow into a plant Controller. The position will report to and assist the Controller with all general accounting functions. These functions include, but are not limited to journal entries, monthly closings, financial statements, account receivables (AR) & account payables (AP). The successful candidate will play a vital role in the day-to-day accounting operations. The position will be primarily based in Winston-Salem, NC and provide support additional location in Greensboro, NC.
