Success is measured in customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and profitability.You'll start your training at one of our Madison restaurants, spending about 10 weeks learning general operations and about 13 weeks learning management skills. Then you will transfer to your placement restaurant to start in your role. To bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs. To use ovens, pizza cutters, and other equipment of the business.Reliable transportation to and from the restaurants for a variety of shift times. English proficiency is required. Bilingual in Spanish is a major plusSchedulingAGMs are salaried for 40 hours a week. Any time worked over 40 hours is considered overtime and is paid as such. Each week, you will spend about 20-30 hours in operations/on-shift and about 15-20 hours on administration, projects, and meetings. Your operational work and meeting schedules are posted 2-4 weeks in advance.Our restaurants are most busy on evenings and weekends, so availability for these shifts is required.
