If the idea of a collaborative, all-hands-on-deck (bakery breaks included) captures your working style, then we look forward to hearing from you.   Key Responsibilities  Work in tandem with the Principal and Lead Designer to develop plans and interior design concepts  Work with the Principal to source and select finishes, fixtures, lighting, hardware & accessories. Act as liaison with clients, contractors, and vendors regarding the technical aspects of project Coordinate and produce construction and design documents. Review and detail shop drawings for construction plans. Manage and review schedules, construction details, and project deliverables. Ensures regular reviews at key design stages with Principal Designer Travels to the job site, design center, and showrooms as needed. Prepare presentation materials.   Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design / Architecture 2-5 years of experience in a residential design setting Solid competency in the technical aspects of construction Strong experience in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, and InDesign Knowledge of design process - FF&E, specifications, finish, and material selections Knowledge of local and online showrooms, resources, and industry trends Comfortable and confident communicating with vendors, subcontractors, and clients Contribute to a small studio environment with flexibility, problem-solving, and good judgment.  Strong attention to detail and quality control, with capacity to work independently and multitask.  Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based file systems  Must have a valid MA driver’s license   Compensation and Benefits Annual Salary + Bonus Structure + Benefits Package Benefits Package - health stipend, 401K, transportation and cell phone contribution, Paid Time Off (vacation, holidays + the week between Christmas and New Year), early Fridays, and much more   For immediate review and consideration, contact: Ashley Levin - Ashley@InteriorTalent.com   Interior Talent, Inc Since its founding in 2003, Interior Talent has evolved into one of the leading talent recruitment and retention firms for the Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Retail, and Manufacturing industries.
