We are a freestanding psychiatric hospital offering both inpatient and outpatient programs for adolescents and adults dealing with a wide range of psychiatric conditions and chemical dependency.If you are a passionate, credentialed therapist ready to provide high-quality expressive and recreational therapies, we encourage you to apply.What You'll Do (Responsibilities)The Adjunctive Therapist develops, organizes, and implements comprehensive adjunctive therapy groups. This role is essential for our treatment program and requires:Providing therapeutic interventions for both adolescent and adult patients.Interacting with patients during daily routine activities consistent with the principles of normal growth and development.Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team.What You'll Bring (Required Qualifications)We are seeking credentialed and/or licensed professionals. To be considered a qualified applicant, you must meet one of the following educational/certification requirements:Certification from an accredited organization in a creative arts/expressive therapy or recreational/leisure therapy (e.g., MT-BC, CTRS, ATR).A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or another Master's degree that is license-eligible (e.g., LPC, LCSW).Additional Requirements:Knowledge of psychiatric and addictive disease diagnoses and treatment.Excellent communication, assessment, evaluation, and interpretation skills.Must be 21 years of age and qualify for fingerprint clearance.Compensation & BenefitsWe offer competitive compensation and a robust benefits package for our full-time employees.Benefits Include:401(k)Health, Dental, and Vision insuranceLife insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Flexible Spending AccountEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee DiscountSick TimeShift DifferentialSchedule:Full-Time positionWork Location: In person (6015 W.
