Help us build the next world-class venue.What you’ll do:Build and maintain professional relationships with management, staff, clients, subcontractors, vendors, owners, and architects. Supporting construction projects (Sports facility construction including civil and post tension concrete construction) valued at $5M+.Interpret proposals and develop work plans for timely, on-budget project deliveryResearch, pre-qualify, and procure required professional services (geotechnical, civil, architectural)Prepare, monitor, and manage construction schedules, budgets, and designsDevelop delivery schedules with input from Field Project Manager and SuperintendentReview and present budgets and schedules for each project phaseServe as Tarkett Sports Construction Central point of contact during construction, coordinating with clients/owners on plans, status, and deliveryLead client meetings (preconstruction, weekly updates, walkthroughs, closeouts)Coordinate purchase orders, subcontracts, and owner agreements with Pre-Construction ManagerConfirm product selections and specifications with Sales, Estimator, and field leadershipConduct daily reviews of budget, schedule, and scope for active projectsCoordinate site employees, equipment, and materials to meet design requirementsProvide project-specific planning and crew training for execution methodsTravel to and between the job sites as needed for development of plans, relationships, and overall project design needs (90% in office and 10% in field Mid-West area)What you need for success:5+ years of construction (civil and post-tension concrete construction) project management experience, with proven leadership on projects exceeding $5 million in value.Experience in Sports facility construction is a plus.Expertise in planning, coordinating, and executing construction tasks in line with project specifications, timelines, and budgets; skilled at troubleshooting issues through a team-focused approach.Knowledge of and adherence to safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with legal requirementsUnderstanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to construction to ensure that all work complies with legal standards.Proficiency with Procore is required.ASBA or PTI certification is preferred.PMP certification is preferred.Excellent communication skills effectively to interact with team members, vendors, contractors and owners.Ability to work cross-functionally with internal departments and external stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to continuous improvement.Attention to detail to monitor work quality and ensure that it meets project specifications, and address any deficiencies promptlyFlexibility to adapt to changing conditions on-site, such as weather delays, material shortages, or changes in project scope.What you can expect:A culture built on teamwork, respect, and entrepreneurial spiritLeadership that invests in your growth and career developmentOpportunities to take on new challenges, cross-train, and expand your skillsetRecognition and rewards for your contributions and achievementsA fast-paced, sports-driven environment where your work makes an impactSound like your kind of team?If you’re ready to bring your passion and talent to a company that champions your future, we want to hear from you.
