OLH Technical Services, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program/Project ManagerPosition Overview: Provide Program Management support services supporting the Terminal Defense System (TDS) Program Office, PEO IWS . Provide technical and management support to assist in the planning and execution of the development, production, and in-service program phases. Support shall be provided to all TDS programs such as Close-In Weapon System (CIWS) and Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM). RAM is a cooperative development, production, and in-service program with the Federal Republic of Germany.Position Responsibilities:Responsible for providing management and leadership for all contract activities.Perform the following duties supporting Program Management for PEO IWS , our Cooperative German Partner, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) efforts:Program Planning and Coordination SupportMeeting and Conference SupportMemorandum of Agreement (MOA) / Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) SupportThird Party and FMS Sales SupportDigital Strategy Enhancement and SharePoint Management for PEO IWS Support and enhance the digital strategy of PEO IWS , focusing on effective data and records management. Effective use of tools such as Microsoft , Planner, and Power BI are required.Efforts include:SharePoint Site ManagementDigital Tools Development and MaintenanceData and Documentation ManagementFacilitation of Collaborative ProcessesSchedule Management and Analysis for PEO IWS Programs and ProjectsUndertake coordination, development, integration, and management of scheduling activities for all PEO IWS programs and projects, with the following specific duties:Schedule Development, Analysis, and CommunicationRecovery Planning and “What-If” Scenario AnalysisPosition Requirements:Minimum Qualifications:High School DiplomaGreater than years of relevant experiencePreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in a relevant technical field Position is located in Crystal City, VA.Apply at: VEVRAA Federal ContractorThree Saints Bay, LLC and its subsidiaries offer a team-oriented working environment and the opportunity to work with exceptional, dedicated industry professionals.
