We provide a full range of outsourced and in-sourced solutions aligned to the needs of the industry.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor in Palm Springs, CA As a supervisor, you will oversee the operations of the car rental industry to ensure cars are transported to the correct areas of the rental lot in a timely matter. Your primary function will be ensuring drivers are picking up the cars that are dropped off by customers to get them cleaned and serviced, that clean vehicles are staged for new customers, and that the lot is full of rental cars for our client to rent out. This role is operational, not an office role.Responsibilities:You will monitor all employees scheduled to work on your shift.Make sure employees are productive while at workMaking sure employees are following safety protocolsEnsure productivity standards and benchmarks are met in the assigned location.Complete required paperwork related to productivity standards.Coach and mentor new employees.Cover for Site Manager on days off and carry out tasks a directed.Cover driver/transporters lead and VSA's (car cleaners) when needed to fulfill customer needs.Previous experience in a supervisory roleTrain and develop team membersSupervise and coordinate the activities of team membersTrack employee attendanceTrack callouts and notateAct as liaison between EDS management and Clients on smooth communication, timely updates and exceptional serviceHands on Car cleaningHands-on dricving and moving rental carsCover for the Site Manager on days off and carry out tasks as directed.Requirements:Must have a Valid US driver's LicenseMust be 21 years of age or olderClean driving RecordPrevious Rental Experience is a plusPrevious leadership/ management experience requiredMust be able to work in inclement weatherAbility to handle physical workload, getting in and out of vehicles safely.Must be able to drive up to 8-hour shiftsMust be able to walk, stand, and bend up to 8 hr shiftsMust be able to work in outdoor environments up to 8 hr shiftWeekend availabilityBenefits:Weekly Pay on MondayOpportunities for growthLocation: Reno, NV- Airport#EDSNationwidePriorityPay Rate: $19.50/hr - Weekly PayIf you meet the requirements, please submit your resume for immediate consideration or call the Recruiting department at ( 775) 451-0887 for more information.
