Job Details

Connecting and adjusting the team to follow the applicable procedures and work instructions. Developing the employees, monitoring performance and supervising absenteeism. Striving for optimal performance to unburden the customer.

Make available sufficient and appropriate resources to carry out all tasks and responsibilities according to the instructions and guidelines described.

Leading the warehouse team

Identifying deviations in the process and deploying the right intervention. Escalate where required.

At least three years of specific experience as a manager within a logistics operation;

Strong analytical, solution-oriented and pragmatic skills;

Knowledge of warehousing and automated information systems;

Good command of the Dutch and English language.

Knowledge of and dexterity with MS Office package

Additional training courses for specific sub-tasks
