Job Summary
The Integrative Arts Practitioner provides bedside care in one of the integrative medicine modalities. The practitioner coordinates patient care with the IMA team and Medical Director. The practitioner is involved in all IMA care including but not limited to patient care, events, workshops, presentations, research as needed. The practitioner performs at their highest level of their degree/certification. Participates in community education and CEU programs. Recruits volunteers and provides orientation, training and scheduling as needed. Responsible for working cohesively with IMA team and TGH staff. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital.Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. One (1) Certification in an Integrative Medicine Modality (examples include, but not limited to: Massage, Cranial Sacral, Yoga, Music, Aromatherapy, Acupuncture, etc.) Must have at least one year of work experience in field. Must have some experience in hospital setting or patient care or be willing to be trained.
