Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Transportation Planner in Delaware to be responsible for matching available drivers and equipment to customer loads in a specific geographical market. The Transportation Planner will work closely with teams in operations, customer service, sales and pricing to ensure successful load planning and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:  Leverage market data to make profit-based decisions. Effective oral and written communication to ensure freight is delivered on time. Collaborate with different teams to ensure goals are met.
