AVP, Wealth Management Advisor Enablement

Job Overview:
This role is part of the Advisor Education and Enablement team, within Wealth Management. Advisor Enablement equips advisors with the knowledge, tools, and processes to optimize their performance and enhance effectiveness and efficiency in their business. You will be responsible for leading the go-to-market execution of Strategy and Experience Advisor Enablement. You will use data-driven analysis to drive advisor business growth and operational efficiency, through partnership and collaboration with multiple levels of leadership, across several lines of business. This role blends marketing and sales expertise, project management, and business analytics to empower decision-making and improve outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of enablement strategies to increase awareness, broaden participation, and enhance advisor education program delivery, including things such as:
Collaborate to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new business lines, products, and advisor initiatives.
Provide data-driven analysis and develop metrics, KPIs, and insights that support decision-making and sales performance optimization.
Equip the sales team with compelling content, tools, and strategies to enhance advisor engagement and meet targets.
Leverage technology and automation to simplify processes and create scalable, flexible, and efficient solutions.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, Delivery, and Technology teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Analyze reports and market data to provide actionable business intelligence and strategic recommendations.
Support sales forecasting, lead generation, and prospecting initiatives to drive business growth.
Maintain and enhance internal controls, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness- anticipating obstacles and preventing them.
Proactively adapt to evolving business needs and contribute to key organizational initiatives.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; or similar applicable experience.
3+ years of experience in sales enablement, strategy, marketing, business analytics, or corporate finance in a B2B or financial industry setting.
Experience with B2B sales cycles, marketing technology, and automation tools.
Core Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting and presenting data.
Technical proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet, Tableau (preferred), and Salesforce (Lightning, Engage, Leads, Opportunities, Forecasts).
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Showpad) and sales engagement tools.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across geographically dispersed teams.
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills with a strong attention to detail.
A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives forward.
Preferences:
Experience in financial services, sales, marketing, or go-to-market strategy.
Background in financial analysis, business intelligence, and or process optimization. Familiarity with Excel Macros, Alteryx, Canva, and other analytics/reporting tools.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook), Adobe Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop) as well as platforms including Hubspot, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Video Conferencing Platforms (WebEx, Teams, Zoom, etc.).
Pay Range:
$104,775-$174,625/yearActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
