In 2023 EagleRider expanded their offerings to include Off-Road guided UTV tours in several locations across the U.S.Position Summary: We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team. Successful candidates should be MMI/UTI/WyoTech trained with verifiable experience. We have a fun and friendly work environment with expectations of high proficiency. Must be insurable. Must have a strong work ethic and help sustain a positive work environment.Duties and Responsibilities:Competent in diagnosing and repairing Harley, Yamaha, Triumph and BMW Motorcycles with a strong emphasis on Harley.Must be able to accurately perform full and complete diagnosis on products in for service.Must be able to communicate repairs necessary both verbally and in writing to managers.Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to safety and quality workmanship.Be able to work in a clean, professional manner.Be able to follow safety guidelines both in the workshop and when out on test rides.Be able to train, mentor, and transfer skills to less experienced technicians.Proficient in meeting deadlines and completing work productively and profitably.Abide by all dealership policies pertaining to the department.Follow company dress codes and be well groomed at all times.Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and/or the dealership as a whole.Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees.From time-to-time work weekends, evenings and extra shifts to assist in company productivity with minimal tardiness.Desired Experience:MMI or ATI qualification and/or relevant experience in service and repair of modern motorcycles, trikes, and ATV’sValid M1 class driving license with good driving recordMechanics Certification from a certified Trade School a plusMulti-brand/metric experience preferredA working knowledge Yamaha, BMW, Triumph and Harley-Davidson motorcyclesWe offer a competitive benefits package, great work environment, and additional perks.
