The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role is an active one where you’re on your feet, coordinating multiple team members, and problem-solving in real time.Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center and its management. In the General Manager’s absence, they’re the ones who hold down the fort, assuming responsibility for all center and floor management, from entertainment to Food & Beverage to the property and its equipment as a whole. Provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards, fostering a thriving sales culture.REMAIN FLEXIBLEAn ability to work varying shifts, from weekends to holidays, in addition to extended workdays as needed by your center.WHO YOU AREAs committed member of our team, you’re ready to fill in for your center’s General Manager as needed.
