Our client is an established commercial roofing contractor specializing in roofing systems, wall panels, and metal buildings throughout Alabama. They are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager with strong technical knowledge of roofing systems and wall panels. This role requires hands-on project management with estimating support. Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial roofing, wall panel, and metal building projects from start to finishDevelop and maintain project schedules; coordinate with general contractors and subcontractorsReview shop drawings and prepare project submittalsOrder materials and coordinate deliveriesEnsure all work complies with contract documents, plans, and specificationsCoordinate with manufacturers to meet warranty requirementsMonitor project budgets and maintain profitabilityAssist with bid preparation and project estimatingConduct site visits and quality inspections Qualifications5+ years in commercial roofing project managementComprehensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, built-up roofing, metal roofing)Strong understanding of wall panel systems (ACM panels, IMP panels, specialty formed metal panels)Experience with metal building systemsProficient reading construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawingsKnowledge of roofing manufacturer warranty requirementsUnderstanding of submittal processes and construction schedulingValid driver's license and reliable transportation
