Learn more at www.bhdoorsandhardwre.com Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of junior estimatorsServe as the main communication point between sales and estimating teamsReceive, assign, and monitor incoming estimating projectsReview junior estimators work for accuracy, scope, and completenessSolicit and follow up on vendor pricingCompile final pricing and generate professional customer proposalsCoordinate with sales for timely proposal deliveryTransition awarded jobs to the project management team with complete documentationMaintain organized records of all estimates, pricing, and proposals Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in the door and hardware industryDeep knowledge of doors, frames, and commercial hardware specificationsProven experience in reviewing and developing estimatesStrong leadership and mentoring skillsExcellent organization and communication abilitiesDetail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines Benefits $115,000 annual salaryYear-End BonusWeekly Pay CyclePaid Time Off Supportive, family-like work environmentClear role autonomy and impact Schedule Full-TimeMondayFriday Location On-site at BH Doors and Hardware (Brooklyn, NY) Equal Employment Opportunity We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
