This company is methodically growing and seeks a higher-level VP of Finance from a Construction industy company that has already reached the $500MM to $1 Billion in revenues hurdle. This CFO will have the know how and energy to lead this company along a similar path. This client is poised for scalable growth in the next decade  will report to and work directly with the CEO and work with the department leaders in the company.To be a leader in this company, you will need to be IN Office in the extended Quad Cities area. If you are crafting the accounting on financial statements with high revenue private or public construction companies in the Midwest, and want to work for a private company, this is an opportunity to make the switch Q15 years of public tax and audit experience in a PUBLIC firm (or Construction firm)Direct experience for a Construction or subcontractor construction VP of or Director of Finance, or early-level CFO experienceAbility to forecast, recommend purchase, and keep up the best inventory valueHistory of supplying accurate reports, KPIs, financial statements to company members as neededExcellent written and verbal communication skills: presenting to ownership, boards, etc. Forecasting, strategy, M&ARegulatory understanding and complianceTrue ability to lead as an executive.
