OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Programmer Operator to join our dynamic team in Clinton Township, MI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, utilizing your expertise in CNC programming and operation to produce high-quality components. If you have a passion for precision and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you Responsibilities Program & Operate 3-Axis CNC Milling Machine. Create holding fixtures & special setups for prototype and production machining jobs. 2D & 3D milling of prototype sheet metal and short run production of details & tools Tool changes and offsets. Follow all Safety Protocols. Keep work areas clean and organized. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC programming preferred. Proficient with CNC Machines (Okuma, Fadal, Mazak), Proficient with Siemens NX, Fusion 360, G & M code Solid understanding of GD&T Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. You should be proficient in: GD&T CNC Tooling CNC Programming G-Code Tape Measure Reading M-Code Machine Setups for Production Runs Manual Machining Skills Machines & technologies you'll use: CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Okuma, Haas, Mazak, Fanuc) 2D Drawings CAD Software (NX CAD (Siemens), Siemens NX, AutoCAD) Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) CAM Software (Autodesk Fusion 360, Mastercam) Calipers and Micrometers
