BR+A is seeking an experienced Plumbing Engineer to join our talented team at our headquarters in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, an engineering degree, be a registered Professional Engineer, and possess the following abilities: Experience designing of Plumbing systems for Healthcare and Higher Education projects; Proficient in Auto CAD and Revit; Experience in specification writing; Performs field verification and take-offs of existing systems for renovation projects; Coordinates with other disciplines; Develops calculations for Plumbing/FP systems  Thorough knowledge of Massachusetts plumbing code, model codes and NFPA; Strongly motivated, well organized, shows professional initiative; Takes ownership of assignments, works both independently and as part of the project team; Capable of meeting and working with clients and owners. Possesses excellent communication skills both verbal and written; Good understanding of engineering concepts, design, and spatial requirements; Professional attitude and appearance; Positive attitude, results-driven and team-oriented; Able to think three-dimensionally; Able to manage time to meet deadlines. Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; PE License; 10+ years of related experience.
