What You’ll Do: ✔️ Implement treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist (PT). ✔️ Provide hands-on therapy to improve patients' strength, mobility, and functional independence. ✔️ Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic activities and home programs to enhance progress. ✔️ Maintain accurate documentation using our easy-to-use EMR system . ✔️ Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care .
