NCDI Poverty Network Policy Coordinator-(3296616) Description Qualifications Qualifications: ● Bachelors degree required. Advanced degree (minimum Masters degree) in Public Health, Health Policy, or similar field is preferred. ● Minimum 2 years of project-oriented experience and proven results with health systems, health system strengthening, or health policy in resource-limited international settings is required ● Extensive work experience in countries that are part of the NCDI Poverty Network is highly desirable Skills/Abilities/Competencies: ● Fluency in English is required. Fluency or proficiency in French is highly desirable. ● Strong technical writing skills in health systems, health system strengthening, or health policy with a preference for experience as a first-author of peer-reviewed publications ● Extensive experience in management of complex global health programs, including programmatic and administrative monitoring and reporting ● Ability to develop high-quality presentations in PowerPoint ● Flexible disposition and able to work in complex environment while maintaining optimistic outlook and collaborative with a team-based approach is highly desirable ● Commitment to social justice and health equity
