Site Improvement Project Manager – Specialized FacilitiesMinnetonka, MN | Direct Hire | $90k–$100k Konik is partnered with a rapidly growing commercial builder seeking a Site Improvement Project Manager to lead fast-paced, small-to-mid-scale facility improvement projects from initial intake through completion. These projects include disaster recovery, planned and unplanned CapEx, acquisition rebranding, unit refreshes, and targeted build-outs—most moving from concept to completion in under 90 days.In this client-facing role, you’ll lead scope development, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate subcontractors, and provide consistent communication across all stakeholders. You’ll work closely with an internal Project Coordinator to track milestones, monitor risks, and ensure each project is executed safely, efficiently, and aligned with expectations.
