Personal Training Manager: Kenwood Country Club is seeking an experienced personal trainer manager who can provide five-star member service, design and implement cutting edge personal training programs, and has experience teaching a variety of group fitness classes. Job Description: Responsible for training members, conducting group fitness classes, and implementing specialty camps. Conduct 20-30 hours of personal training each week Teach 4-8 group fitness classes per week Assist with assisted stretching program development Help create content to promote fitness program Assist with planning special events Help build youth-high school fitness programming Develop and execute strategies to enhance the Member personal training experience. Assist with educational development for the personal training team. Provide the best-in-class member service and experience. Administer appropriate fitness assessments based on client health-history, current fitness, lifestyle factors, and goals utilizing research-proven protocols. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the Fitness Facility.   Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field preferred. Industry experience can be in lieu of degree. Fitness Management experience is a plus. Personal training certification through a nationally recognized organization such as: NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE is required. Experience working with individuals with a wide range of injury history is preferred. CPR and AED certified required. TPI certification preferred, but not required. Yoga certification preferred, but not required. This position does require early mornings, weekends, and some evening work. Strong communication skills and a professional presence. A friendly, positive, and magnetic personality that helps to build and foster professional relationships with our members and guests.   Compensation: Salary and commission
