If you are enthusiastic about sports, have a background in testing or quality assurance, and possess a proactive attitude toward ensuring product excellence, then we encourage you to apply and become part of a brand that is dedicated to empowering athletes at all levels.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive testing protocols for various sports products.Conduct thorough performance testing to evaluate product durability and usability.Collaborate with design and engineering teams to provide feedback on product developments.Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports to communicate findings and recommendations.Identify areas for product improvement based on testing outcomes and user feedback.Manage testing schedules and ensure timely completion of product evaluations.Maintain organized records of all testing processes, results, and methodologies.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Sports Science, Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.Proven experience in product testing, quality assurance, or a similar capacity.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.Excellent communication skills for conveying complex information clearly and concisely.A keen eye for detail and a passion for sports and outdoor activities.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute positively to team dynamics.Proficiency in using testing equipment and software relevant to product evaluation.
