This position entails direct employment with the client, offering exceptional work culture, benefits, PTO, and growth potential.Job Title: Quality InspectorPay Rate: $18.00/hr. – $22.00/hr.Shift: 2nd and 3rd shift availableJob Summary:Responsible for ensuring product quality through audits, testing, and data collection to support compliance and continuous improvement.Responsibilities:Conduct regular audits and visual inspections of products and packing processes. Verify inspection sheets, product labels, equipment functionality, and part dimensions using precision tools. Read engineering drawings to ensure product compliance and accept or reject items based on standards.Log inspection data, maintain traceability records, and complete required documentation. Monitor and update quality criteria and sample parts, ensuring availability and proper storage.Support training of new employees and reinforce quality procedures. Communicate updates, quality alerts, and provide ongoing guidance.Assign or perform rework, verify RMAs, and document non-conforming products.
