Why Join Our Team At Mathnasium of Ponte Vedra Beach, we are passionate about helping students succeed, and we value our team members just as much We offer:  A rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of 1st- 12th-grade students  Consistent yet flexible part-time hours (after school and on weekends)  A fun, supportive, and encouraging work environment  Opportunities for growth and advancement  Ongoing training in effective teaching methodologies  All curriculum and instructional tools are provided Center Hours: Monday – Thursday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM We'd love to meet you if you're motivated, passionate, and eager to make a difference Job Responsibilities Teach and tutor in-center, online, or via hybrid instruction using the Mathnasium Method™ Work collaboratively with the team to provide individualized instruction in a group setting Assess student learning progress and engagement during sessions Become proficient with digital educational tools and processes Maintain a safe, professional, and engaging learning environment Qualifications Passion for math and working with students Strong interpersonal and communication skills Eagerness to learn and receive training Solid math competency through at least Algebra I (higher levels preferred) Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Additional Requirements: All applicants must take a math literacy test to demonstrate proficiency Provide work authorization Successfully pass a background check Ready to inspire the next generation of math learners?
