If you would like to grow with us, then apply to be a part of our team.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sets up workstations with all needed packaging, utensils, and suppliesMaintains a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation and packaging counter. Takes ownership of areaPrepares and packages food and drink orders according to established guidelinesReads monitor/screen to identify orders that need to be preparedComplies with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen policiesVerifies accuracy of orders before final delivery to customerEnsures ingredients and products are fresh and within established holding timeOther general duties include: minor food preparation, stocking of supplies, sweeping, mopping, discarding of trash, filling ice bins.Observes health, sanitation, and food safety guidelinesMaintains cleanliness, organization, and rotation of the display cooler.Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food productsCleans dining areas, tables, and restroomsFollows chemical guidelinesCommunicates with customers, team members and managers in a positive and professional mannerLooks for opportunities to assist fellow team members in an enthusiastic manner.Other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to comprehend simple instructions. COMPUTER SKILLS No skills are required.REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must obtain State Food Handler certification within 60 days of hire.PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. WORK ENVIRONMENTWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to extreme heat from cooking equipment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
