What You Will Do: Drive daily manufacturing operations in a chemical manufacturing plant to deliver targeted safety, quality, production, and cost results. Gain hands-on experience in project planning, project management, managing external resources, and equipment reliability. Gain knowledge in executing initiatives, functional area knowledge, production procedures, and managing assets and quality. Generate ideas and identify process improvement opportunities. Assist in developing assigned projects and ensure they are completed on-time and within budget. Implement best practices.
