The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards during stages of production by verifying that manufacturing processes are followed, identifying defects and maintaining quality records. This role is located in Pine Hall, NC and will be fully on-site. Starting Pay: $20 hourlySchedule: 1st and 2nd shift available Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly Responsibilities Quality Technician Responsibilities:SHE Priority Promote a culture of safety excellence by adhering to and reinforcing Safety, Health, and environmental standards.Inspects products at different stages of production to ensure they meet established standards.Identifies defects or non-conformance.Ensures that manufacturing processes are followed correctly.Maintains records of inspections and findings.Collaborates with different departments to address quality issues and improve processes.Examines products for defects and verifies dimensions.Checks records and other quality related documentation.Identities and documents non-conforming products and initiate corrective actions.Ability to work overtime when neededPerforms other duties as assigned by management.Quality Technician Qualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Excellent analytical and observational skills. problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Able to communicate effectively with management and co-workers to promote strong working relationships and create an environment focused on teamwork.Flexible with work and job assignments and willing to perform any function as neededStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.Possess computer skills including Microsoft software (Excel, Team, Outlook) , Experience in SAP or Pro shop is a plus.This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”), and the ability to access and handle ITAR “Technical Data” as defined by 22 CFR § 120.33 is an essential function.
