OverviewDedham Country & Polo Club is an 18-hole private, member-owned Club with approximately 600 members. The club offers many different activities and boasts an outstanding newly-renovated golf course. The course was originally designed by Seth Raynor and renovated by Brian Silva in 2017. The golf course plays host to approximately 22,000 rounds annually. Dedham is currently named to Golf Digest Best in State rankings.Dedham Country and Polo Club has a PGM intern position open for the 2026 season. The position is mid-May through mid-August but can be negotiated.Essential Responsibilities Assist with maintaining the day-to-day golf operations at the Club. This includes a first-class caddie program, outside services, tournament operations, a comprehensive teaching program, an extensive junior golf program, and managing member play on the golf course. Assist Professional staff for Men's Events, Women's Events, Junior Events, Mixed Events, and Outside Events as well as assist in other tournament operations. Junior Golf instructor for all camps, clinics and programs Assist with starting and member realations and organizing play. Club repair Assist in all facets of merchandising Play with the membership when the schedule allows. Benefits Housing Included Playing and practicing privileges Meals while on duty
