Your Role: As a Hospital Security Officer at DMAC, you'll collaborate closely with the hospital's security team and fellow employees. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and security of our entrusted sites. You'll maintain a vigilant eye, identifying and reporting any suspicious or unlawful activities that could endanger the facility, its visitors, or staff. Your visible presence will deter crime and uphold site safety. Responsibilities: - Access Control: Manage access at facility entrances, screening patients, guests, and staff members. - Vigilant Monitoring: Watch for criminal activities, safety concerns, disruptions, or potential threats. - Patrol and Response: Perform patrols, both on foot and in vehicles, to ensure security, address irregularities, and respond promptly to issues. - Conflict Resolution: Utilize de-escalation tactics to resolve conflicts, ensuring a secure environment for everyone. - Emergency Response: Respond calmly and swiftly to crises like medical emergencies, fires, or hazardous situations. - Reporting and Documentation: Maintain precise logs and detailed reports to keep supervisors informed and foster effective communication among officers.
