CentraCare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Addition Counselor to join our Adult Addiction Services team in a temporary role lasting through approximately December 31st, 2026.At CentraCare, we are committed to helping individuals regain hope and heal from substance use disorders and any additional mental health issues.The Adult Addiction Services Counselor will take a leading role on the therapy team and is ultimately responsible for coordinated case management of assigned clients and will act as a liaison between the treatment team and consulting and referral resource personnel. Schedule: Temporary full-time | 64 hours every two weeks | Benefit Eligible | Adult Addiction Services Monday - Friday | Typically 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, occasional evenings until 9:00 pmTemporary position lasting through approximately 12/31/2026Pay and Benefits:Starting pay begins at $45,344 per year (based on 64 hours per pay period); exact wage determined by years of related experience.Salary range: of $45,344 - $68,014.68 (based on hours being filled as 64 hours every two weeks) Salary and salary range of $56,693.51 - $85,018.35 per year are based on a 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period), reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rateFull time : medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more Qualifications: Graduate-level Chemical Dependency Certificate or Master’s Degree in chemical dependency counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage, and Family Therapy or other related field -OR-Bachelor's Degree in chemical dependency counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage, and Family Therapy or other related fieldLicensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC) in the State of Minnesota Internship in chemical dependency CentraCare has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
